糯米糍 or 'Mochi,' is my ultimate childhood and one true love 😂Not too sweet, chewy, soft, and similar to what you'll find at the bottom of your bubble tea, mochi is such a wonderful gift to our taste buds.
Mochi is incredibly malleable, made using coconut milk, sugar and glutinous rice flour. No baking required, all you'll need to do is steam, divide and roll in your chosen flavours.
Here is my milk, toasted sesame and coconut version.
